If you don't mind me asking, why was this match-up chosen specifically? Both seem like they have more obvious opponents.

DeleteThis was originally meant to be a solo blog for Adam Strange but I had heard of this matchup from a friend and it sounded pretty cool. Our whole project here was based on comics and since I was already doing their other relevant opponents on my blog, it felt most appropriate to cover both here. This matchup also turned out to be pretty debatable too which made it fun to write.
After reading both blogs, I figure:
DeleteAdam being comparable to Batman tactically, having better battlefield control, and having access to an on-demand Zeta-Beam that Star-Lord has no answer for, plus having better stats all around should give Adam the win despite Star-Lord’s edge in AP and mobility.
Fox’s speed, superior ship power-ups, and multiple revives should give him enough of an edge over Bucky to secure victory. While Bucky's got numbers, Jenny’s mind manipulation and magic, and Willy’s overall arsenal going for him, they are slower overall and lack a reliable way to shut down the Arwing’s advantages before Fox puts them down.

Also, I've got two questions.
Delete1) I'm aware of the note that characters featured in the trailer will not necessarily be facing off against one another. Does that mean there'll be more blogs similar to this where a DC/Marvel character is facing off against a non-DC/Marvel character? Or does this mean more DC/Marvel characters that weren't shown are in store?
2) For Mogo vs Ego, will there be another cosmology revision for either verse?

DeleteAlso for our project, we will mainly be focusing on a mix of solo blogs alongside matchup blogs if it takes to our liking. We won't really go outside the realm of DC or Marvel unless it's a comic character that we think could be interesting to look at. There are a bunch of characters that we have yet to announce so you will just have to see. No comment on Ego vs Mogo.
Ego vs Mogo will not have another cosmology revision.
